Hallucination
A hallucination is an AI-generated statement that is factually wrong or not supported by any source. Strong grounding and authoritative, consistent sources reduce the chance a model hallucinates about a brand.
For brands, hallucinations can mean being described inaccurately; a strong, consistent presence in trusted sources is the best defence.
